Yogurt Bites

I made these yogurt bites last night. These pictures are not mine so they are not the greatest quality.

They are extremely easy to make and Kendall loved them.

Step 1: Get a small zip lock bag, open it and place it in a cup (so you can fill it easily)

Step 2: Get your favorite yogurt. I used blueberry cause it is Kendall's favorite. I also just used 1 small container, it goes a long ways when making these.

Step 3: scoop yogurt into the bag that is in the cup. Zip the bag closed, squeezing some air out.

Step 4: cut a little tiny piece off of the corner of the bag.

Step 5: squeeze out little dots of yogurt onto a cookie sheet until the cookie sheet is full or you are out of yogurt. I would say dime-nickel size dots are good.

*** A problem i ran into is the blueberries kept plugging up the hole in the zip lock

Step 6: Place cookie sheet in freezer for about an hour.

Step 7: Quickly enjoy or refreeze

*** The second thing i noticed about these, is they melt FAST as soon as i took the cookie sheet out of the freezer it didn't take long for them to start getting soft. I gave them to Kendall 1 at a time or else it would have been a puddle of mush on her tray. Once I started to notice them melting I took them off the cookie sheet and put them in a little Tupperware and stuck them back in the freezer.

She really did enjoy them and it is a nice healthy snack for her.
