The picture is a tad dark, due to bad lighting in Jason's living room (the kitchen and dining room have tons of light but not in the living room, there is no overhead lighting only lamps).
At his house, she has a basket of toys so we don't have to transport things back and forth between houses every time we go there. She always has had a fascination with the basket so the other day i set her in it and started handing her toys and she kept placing them in their with her until it was almost all the way full. It was fun for a few minutes but by the time i took the picture she was done.
We are off to the doctor again this afternoon, she has a wicked cough and possibly another ear infection. We have all been sick on and off all winter, and i hope with spring arriving it means we will be able to get rid of the germs.
I am having just a little anxiety. Next week on Wednesday I fly down to CA with Kendall by myself. My Dad, Mom, Sister and Jason fly down Thurs night. I am getting there a day earlier since I am in the wedding i have a few extra things to do. The one thing i am mainly stressing over is if she will do well or if she will be one of those babies that cry the whole time. I am thinking she will be so fascinated with all the unfamiliar faces and people she will be to distracted to do anything but stare and look around. We fly in the middle of the day, during lunch time, nap time and snack time so that will be interesting. We arrive right around dinner time, so i can totally see her having a melt down and being overwhelmed with the whole day. We fly out on the following Sunday, but we all are on the same flight that time so it will be much easier. It is a short trip filled with lots of things to do so i can just picture in my mind towards the end Kendall is going to be exhausted and possibly having a fit, but i could be wrong.
I would maybe talk to the doctor about how best to handler her during the flight. Just make sure to bring her soft blanket, and plenty of snacks for her!
ReplyDeleteSnack will definitely be making the journey, I will have to somehow get milk for her once we are through security. It is going to be interesting trip for sure.
